This Privacy Policy covers the WaykMe app and the website foundrylabsusa.com, both operated by Foundry Labs Inc.
1. Who we are
Foundry Labs Inc ("we", "us") publishes WaykMe and operates foundrylabsusa.com. You can contact us at hello@foundrylabsusa.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information (only if you create an account)
Your email address, an account ID, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google. Passwords and sign-in are handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password.
Alarm and app data
Alarms and settings, wake history, streaks, mission results, onboarding quiz answers about your sleep and wake habits, and referral records. This data is stored on your device and synced to our servers only if you sign in.
Purchase information
Subscription status, entitlements, credit balance and transaction records received from Apple, Google and our subscription provider. We never receive your full payment card details.
Device and notification data
A push notification token and a random installation ID.
Product analytics and diagnostics
Which screens of the setup and upgrade flows are reached, and app reliability events. These are tagged with a random installation ID rather than your identity.
Camera
Used only when you choose to scan a QR code or barcode. Scans are processed on your device; images are not uploaded or kept. Only a non-reversible fingerprint (hash) of a registered code is stored.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, microphone audio, or photo library.

4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. WaykMe shows no ads.
We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Clerk (authentication)
- RevenueCat (subscriptions and purchase records)
- Apple and Google (app stores, payments, push notifications)
- Expo (notification delivery)
- Our cloud hosting and database providers
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your sign-in identity and the account data we store (profile, alarms, history, preferences, referral and credit records). Transaction records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat may be retained by them under their own policies and as required for tax and accounting. Anonymous analytics not linked to your account may remain.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can use WaykMe without an account.
- You can export your data from Settings in the app.
- You can delete your account in the app or as described on our account deletion page.
- You can turn off notifications in your device settings.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data and to object to or restrict processing. Email us at hello@foundrylabsusa.com to exercise them. We won't discriminate against you for doing so. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
WaykMe is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required.
10. This website
foundrylabsusa.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies or ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If you email us, we use your message to respond.
11. Changes
We'll post updates on this page and change the effective date. Material changes will be notified in the app.
